The delivery fee is calculated and charged according to the weight/volume of the product and the delivery region.
The website will calculate the cost, provide the most economical option and inform you of the delivery time.
On the order completion page, in the field where the delivery time is indicated, check the options available for the address provided, including prices and deadlines, and you can choose the option that best suits you.
The shipping cost is added to the order subtotal and will be included in the total purchase amount.
DELIVERY
Delivery times vary according to the region (city and state). This period begins when the purchase is authorized by the credit card administrator or when the payment is confirmed by the financial institution, in the case of a bank slip.
It may take up to 48 hours for the card administrator to release the order, and up to 3 business days for the bank slip to confirm payment. The sooner the slip is paid, the faster the purchase will be released.
Delivery will be made according to the deadline determined by the carrier for the region’s zip code.
Deliveries are made by a contracted carrier and its agents, so there may be slight delays in relation to the expected deadline, over which the website has no direct control. In this case, our customer service team will contact you to notify you of the occurrence.
It is not possible to schedule the delivery time and date of your orders, and it is up to the customer to follow the delivery schedule through the order status link.
When purchasing more than one product, they may be delivered separately, according to the delivery deadline for each one. The same procedure is adopted in the case of items of very different sizes, which require the use of more than one carrier, or personalized items, which depend on the chosen customization.
Attention: orders sent to the states of Acre, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Ceará: are subject to inspection by SEFAZ at the border of the destination state, and there may be delays in delivery, where the release process does not depend on the website and its logistics partners.
*Our delivery rate within the established deadline is over 99%, however it is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, transport strikes, road conditions and other force majeure reasons.
Important: the online store only delivers within the national territory.
